Terms of Service

These terms apply when you order hosting, domain registration or related services from UEB3 Tech. By placing an order you agree to them.

Starter content. This document was drafted as a working starting point for UEB3 Tech and has not been reviewed by a qualified lawyer. It is not legal advice. It should be reviewed against Pakistani law and our supplier agreements before it governs real customer relationships.

Services

We provide the hosting services described on your invoice and on this website. Plan specifications — storage, bandwidth, account limits, CPU and memory — are published on the relevant product page and form part of these terms.

We may change plan specifications for new orders at any time. Changes that reduce what an existing customer receives will not take effect before their next renewal, and we will give at least 30 days' notice.

Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate contact and billing information and keep it current. Domain registrations may be suspended by the registry if registrant details are inaccurate.
  • You are responsible for the content you host and for having the rights to it.
  • You must keep the software you install — including WordPress core, themes and plugins — reasonably up to date.

Acceptable use

Your use of our services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms. It sets out prohibited content and activity, and how we handle resource usage on shared plans.

Fees, billing and renewal

  • Prices are shown in USD and exclude any applicable taxes.
  • Hosting is billed in advance for the term you select. Services renew automatically at the same rate as your previous term unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • We do not advertise a promotional rate and renew you at a higher one. If a price ever changes at renewal, we will tell you at least 30 days beforehand.
  • Domain registrations and renewals are charged at the rate in effect at the time and are not refundable once the registry has processed them.
  • Invoices unpaid after their due date may result in suspension. Accounts suspended for non-payment may be terminated, and their data deleted, 15 days after suspension.

Money-back guarantee

Shared and WordPress hosting plans include a UEB3 Tech money-back guarantee: cancel within 30 days of your first order and we will refund the hosting fee.

  • The guarantee applies to the hosting fee only.
  • Domain registrations, renewals and transfers are excluded, because the registry fee is charged immediately and cannot be recovered.
  • It applies to first orders, not to renewals or to a repeat order for a previously refunded service.
  • Accounts terminated for breach of the Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible.

Availability

We target 99.9% availability for hosting services, measured monthly and excluding announced maintenance windows, issues caused by your own code or configuration, and events outside our reasonable control.

Where we fall short of that target in a given month, contact support and we will credit your account pro rata for the affected period. Credits are the sole remedy for availability shortfalls.

Backups

We take daily backups and retain them for the period stated on your plan. Backups are a convenience, not a substitute for your own copies. You remain responsible for maintaining independent backups of anything you cannot afford to lose, and we are not liable for backup failures.

Suspension and termination

  • You may cancel at any time from the client area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing term unless you request immediate termination.
  • We may suspend a service immediately where it threatens the stability or security of the platform, where content is unlawful, or where we are required to by law.
  • For less urgent breaches we will contact you first and give you a reasonable opportunity to fix the problem.
  • On termination, we will make account data available for download for 15 days where the termination was not for unlawful activity.

Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to account holders at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the services after that date means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
