Do I need my own billing system?

Not to get started. You can create accounts directly in WHM and invoice clients however you already do. If you want automated provisioning and invoicing later, WHM integrates with the common billing platforms.

What happens if one client's site is compromised?

Accounts are isolated from one another, so a compromised site stays inside its own account. Our scanning quarantines the affected files and flags the account, and you can restore that single client from a daily backup without touching the rest.

Can I set my own resource limits per client?

Yes. You define packages in WHM with the disk, bandwidth, database, email and subdomain limits you want, and change them at any time without opening a ticket with us.

What if I outgrow my reseller plan?

Move up to the next plan from the client area — accounts stay where they are and limits increase. If you outgrow Agency, talk to us about a dedicated arrangement before you hit the ceiling.

Can you migrate my existing website?

Yes, and there is no charge for it. Send us your current host's control panel details or a backup file and our team moves your files, databases and email. You get a preview link to check everything before you change DNS. The number of sites covered depends on your plan.

What payment methods will be available?

At launch we will accept debit and credit cards, direct bank transfer to a Pakistani bank account, and the Easypaisa and JazzCash mobile wallets. Payments are processed through our billing system — we do not collect card details on this website.
