Maintenance and infrastructure log

Planned work and platform changes, most recent first.

  1. Scheduled kernel maintenance completed

Rolling kernel updates were applied across the hosting cluster during the maintenance window. Sites were moved between nodes ahead of each reboot; no customer-facing downtime was recorded.

  2. DNS network expansion

An additional authoritative nameserver was added to the anycast pool. No action is required — existing nameserver records continue to work unchanged.

  3. Client portal upgrade

The client portal was upgraded during a 40-minute window. Hosting, email and DNS were unaffected throughout.

Why there is no uptime graph here

We advertise a 99.9% uptime target, and we will publish measured uptime history once we have enough of it to be meaningful. Until then we would rather show nothing than a number we made up. Our service level commitment is set out in the Terms of Service.

Maintenance windows

Planned work is announced at least 72 hours in advance by email and posted here. We schedule it for the lowest-traffic hours in the affected region wherever possible. Urgent security patching may happen outside a window — we will always say so afterwards.
