Acceptable Use Policy
This policy sets out what you may and may not do with UEB3 Tech services. It exists to keep the platform stable and lawful for everyone using it, and it forms part of our Terms of Service.

Starter content. This document was drafted as a working starting point for UEB3 Tech and has not been reviewed by a qualified lawyer. It is not legal advice. It should be reviewed against Pakistani law and our supplier agreements before it governs real customer relationships.
Prohibited content
- Material that is unlawful under Pakistani law, including under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights.
- Malware, exploit kits, phishing pages and command-and-control infrastructure.
- Content that sexually exploits children, in any form. Accounts are terminated immediately and reported.
- Fraudulent schemes, including fake shops, investment fraud and counterfeit goods.
Prohibited activity
- Sending unsolicited bulk email, or hosting content advertised through spam sent elsewhere.
- Port scanning, penetration testing or denial-of-service activity against systems you do not own or have written permission to test.
- Attempting to access other accounts on the platform, or to escape account isolation.
- Running open mail relays, open proxies or open DNS resolvers.
- Cryptocurrency mining, distributed computing clients and similar sustained CPU workloads on shared plans.
Resource usage on shared plans
Shared and reseller plans have published CPU, memory, storage and bandwidth limits. Short spikes are normal and expected — we are not looking for reasons to suspend anyone.
Where a site sustains usage that degrades other accounts on the same server, we will contact you with the specifics: what is consuming resources, when, and what we suggest doing about it. Suspension without prior contact happens only where the impact is severe and immediate.
Some workloads are a poor fit for shared hosting regardless of the numbers — for example, heavy background job queues or media transcoding. We will tell you plainly if that is the case rather than letting you fight the limits.
Email sending
- Only send to recipients who have opted in, and include a working unsubscribe link in bulk email.
- Publish SPF and DKIM records for your domain. Mail without them is far more likely to be rejected.
- Sending limits apply per account to protect the reputation of our mail servers. Contact support before starting a large campaign so we can advise on the right approach.
Security obligations
- Keep applications, themes and plugins updated. An out-of-date WordPress install is the most common cause of compromise we deal with.
- Use unique, strong passwords, and enable two-factor authentication where it is available.
- Remove software and accounts you no longer use.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
How we handle abuse reports
Reports go to abuse@ueb3tech.com and are reviewed by a person. Where a report is credible and the issue is not urgent, we contact the account holder with the details and a reasonable deadline to fix it.
Where content is unlawful, or where a compromised site is actively harming others, we may suspend it immediately and notify you afterwards. We will always tell you what was found and why we acted.
Consequences
Depending on severity, we may ask you to remove content, suspend a single site, suspend an account, or terminate services. Serious or repeated violations may result in termination without refund, and unlawful activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Reporting a problem
To report abuse, include the domain or IP address, what you observed and when, and any supporting evidence. Send it to abuse@ueb3tech.com.
