Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information UEB3 Tech collects when you use www.ueb3tech.com or our hosting services, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Starter content. This document was drafted as a working starting point for UEB3 Tech and has not been reviewed by a qualified lawyer. It is not legal advice. It should be reviewed against Pakistani law and our supplier agreements before it governs real customer relationships.
Information we collect
We collect information in three ways: information you give us, information created by your use of our services, and information collected automatically by our servers.
- Account information — name, email address, billing address, phone number and company name, provided when you create an account or contact us.
- Billing information — invoices, payment records and the last four digits of a card. Full card numbers are handled by our payment processors and are not stored on our systems.
- Domain registration data — the registrant details required by the registry for any domain you register through us. Registries publish some of this data according to their own rules.
- Service data — the content of your hosting account, including website files, databases and email. We do not access this except as described below.
- Technical data — IP addresses, server and access logs, browser and device information, and error reports generated automatically when you use our services.
- Support correspondence — tickets, chat transcripts and emails you send us.
How we use it
- To provide, maintain and secure your hosting services.
- To issue invoices, take payment and prevent fraud.
- To respond to support requests and communicate about service changes, maintenance and incidents.
- To register and renew domains with the relevant registry.
- To investigate abuse, security incidents and violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.
- To meet legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from authorities.
Access to your hosting account
Our staff do not read your website files, databases or email as a matter of routine. We access account contents only when you ask us to for support or migration, when automated systems flag malware or abuse, or when we are legally required to.
Access is logged. If you would prefer we did not access a specific area during a support request, say so in the ticket and we will work around it where we can.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
- Infrastructure providers who host the servers your services run on.
- Domain registries and registrars, where required to register or renew a domain.
- Payment processors, to take payment.
- Service providers we use to operate the business, such as email delivery and ticketing, bound by contract to protect the information.
- Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information.
Retention
Account and billing records are kept for as long as your account is active and afterwards for as long as we are required to keep them for tax and accounting purposes.
Server and access logs are kept for a limited operational period and then deleted. Backups of a cancelled hosting account are removed on our normal backup rotation after termination.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, account isolation and logging to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected customers without undue delay if a breach affects their personal information.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets only the cookies required for it to function. If we enable analytics in future, this section will be updated to say which provider is used and what it collects, and you will be able to decline non-essential cookies.
Our client area and control panel set session cookies necessary to keep you signed in.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.
- Ask us to stop sending non-essential email. Service, billing and security notices cannot be opted out of while your account is active.
Send requests to hello@ueb3tech.com. We will respond within 30 days, and we may ask you to verify your identity first.
Children
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that materially affects you, we will email account holders before the change takes effect. The date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision.
